What You’ll Do
General Purpose
Operating within the core values and operating principles of the organization, the Manager, Technical Delivery will oversee a team of scrum masters and coordinate across all product teams. This role will focus on ensuring that our delivery processes are efficient and aligned with our enterprise goals. Working within an agile framework, you will facilitate cross-team collaboration to drive successful outcomes and delivery of projects.
Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills will be crucial in guiding teams to develop and deliver, providing real value to the enterprise and our customers. This role will play a key part in delivery across the digital and innovations product teams, fostering a culture of excellence, and ensuring the seamless integration of technologies to support our growth ambitions.
