The Sales and Professional Development Trainer is responsible for supporting the Direct Sales Unit and Field Agents through the training and development of new and existing associates. This role will be identifying trends, monitoring changes and recommending resolutions to ensure the member experience has been positively impacted. Expected to train all associates within the collaborate units and ensure they understand the sales process and their impact on the member’s experience. The ideal candidate must be a skilled communicator, both verbal and written, and are able to convey information, ideas, training and sales concepts to the Direct Sales Unit and external business partners as needed. The role is expected to be an expert in all relevant AAA Life products, processes and systems. The position requires a hands-on self-starter with the ability to empower and lead others and show the value of the training through metrics and numbers.
