Operating within the core values and operating principles of the organization to uphold and support the continued execution of the corporate communications strategy in support of AAA Life’s strategic goals, the Senior Manager, Corporate Events leads the strategy, planning and execution of high-profile corporate events, including leadership summits, incentive programs and associate engagement events. This role works closely with senior executives to ensure events align with business objectives, reinforce corporate messaging and enhance the associate and agent experience. The Senior Manager is responsible for managing event strategy, budget, contracts, and executive engagement while leading the event team to ensure flawless execution of event logistics.
