Who are we looking for?

The Senior Sales Forecast Analyst is critical in shaping the company’s marketing strategy through in-depth analysis of sales trends and patterns, optimizing the forecasting process, and enabling data-driven decision-making for business growth. This key role is responsible for developing, managing, and refining sales forecasts across all channels, including Direct Marketing, Agent-Sold, and Online.

Responsibilities

How will you contribute?

  • Develop and maintain the comprehensive sales forecast that integrates data from Direct Marketing, Agent-Sold, and Online channels.
  • Own the creation and maintenance of Forecast Reporting and tracking in PowerBI.
  • Collaborate across departments, including Marketing, Finance, and Actuarial teams, to align forecasts with business objectives, strategies, and market conditions.
  • Development and maintenance of database assumptions for forecasting, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and consistency.
  • Participate in the sales planning process.
  • Analyze market trends, historical data, and seasonality to provide actionable insights that enhance forecast reliability and business strategy, using this data to lead and develop key performance indicators (KPIs), and track marketing initiatives against established goals.
  • Communicate forecast results and insights to senior leadership and key stakeholders.

Qualifications

What do you offer?

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Statistics, Actuarial Science, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in sales forecasting, data analysis, business intelligence, or a related role, preferably within the insurance or financial services industry.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to interpret complex data and convert them into actionable insights to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Expertise in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and statistical software (e.g., R, Python).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

Familiarity with sales processes across multiple distribution channels is a plus.
